潮汐苗床给水和排水的方式

1、边灌边排式

后来在我们的试验温室搭建潮汐式灌溉给苗床的时候，发现如果每个下水口都设置一个排水电磁阀，相对代价还是较高的，我们又设计了一种边灌边排的营养液灌入和排出的方式，只是前提条件是进水的流速FI要大于水池底部有排水口的排水流速是FO，这样经过一段时间，苗床内的水位也能达到设定的水位，又节省了建造潮汐式苗床的成本。

潮汐式苗床的种植盘有三层新的、抗紫外老化（UV稳定）和抗化学性的高抗冲击性聚苯材料共挤而成，种植盘具有独特的排水槽设计，盘四周边缘的部位略低于中心部位，有2mm的高差，从而是水分更易蒸发的边缘部位水位高于中央，使种植效果均衡。

2、先灌后排式

我们设计了一种潮汐式灌溉自动给水和营养液回收的苗床系统（已获得发明专利授权证书），通过电磁阀控制营养液的供应，同时，所有的下水口也设置了电磁阀开关，向苗床灌入营养液的时候，所有下水口的电磁阀关闭，等到苗床中的营养液水位达到设置的水位时，营养液灌入的电磁阀停止工作，根据控制系统中设定的营养液的滞留时间，等滞留时间达到设定值时，开启下水口的电磁阀，排出潮汐式苗床滞留的营养液。
